Beauty Training Courses

Will I be fully qualified after taking a beauty training course?

Yes, all of our training courses are accredited by ABT as a result you will receive a certificate on completion. The only courses that are not accredited are our Masterclasses as these are purely for therapists wanting to upskill.

Do I need to have experience to join any of the beauty training courses?

We offer courses for complete beginners who have no previous experience and for trained professionals wanting to upskill or learn new treatments and techniques, please check the pre-requisites for the course you are interested in if there are any certain qualifications you need they will be detailed here. What can I expect on the day?

At the start of the day your tutor will hold an in depth theory session, this will be followed by a demonstration and lastly there will be a practical session where you will carry out the treatment on another student or a model. Throughout the day you will have access to an educator who will be able to answer any questions you may have. We always go above and beyond for our students to make sure you leave confident and with a wealth of knowledge for your chosen treatment.

Do you offer discounts for multiple training courses?

Yes, if you are booking 3 or more courses please get in touch for a tailored quote.

Do I need to provide a model?

This will depend on numbers on the day, to clarify a member of staff will confirm whether you need to provide a model after booking the course.

After The Training Course

Do I get any ongoing support?

Yes! We want you to leave feeling confident but we understand you may have questions after you leave. Your educator will give you a support email address which you can contact should you need any further help or advice.

What are case studies?

3 Case Studies will need to be sent over via email after completing your course. These are your first 3 clients after you have completed your training. This enables us to assess you further and give you guidance and support.

Orders & Shipping

Can you tell me everything about shipping times in the UK?

All orders are shipped with Royal Mail 2nd class.

Standard shipping takes 3-5 business days, this applies from the day your order is shipped. Orders to Ireland generally arrive in 5-10 working days. We also offer Express Shipping to the UK with DPD Courier. Express shipping takes 24 business hours to arrive once your order has been shipped, this does not include weekends. We aim to dispatch all orders by the next business day.

Due to the current situation, please be aware that the above shipping times may be temporarily affected, and you may experience delays in receiving your order. We ask you to please be patient and understand that any delays with shipping are completely out of our control however if you do have any concerns, please contact us.

What happens after I place my order?

You will receive an order confirmation email after your order is confirmed. Please check this to make sure your address is correct and if your address is incorrect please contact us immediately. We will do our best to update your details. We aim to dispatch all orders by the very next business day and you will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order is shipped.

Returns & Refunds

Do you accept returns?

We will only accept a return of a product if the products are returned in their original packaging and condition however no refund will be made for products that have been opened or are returned damaged. To return a product please contact us however all shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer.

My order was damaged when it arrived.

In the unusual event that your order arrives to you damaged, please contact us we will work with you to resolve the issue.

Terms & Conditions

Can I cancel my order or change my address?

As we process all orders immediately, we do not accept any cancellations or changes to orders placed. You are welcome to email us and request a cancellation/change to your order, and if possible, we will assist you. Please take care to double check your details before you complete your order.
